Shay M. Beaudoin

Shay M. Beaudoin is an associate in the law firm of Willis & Oden, where he practices in the areas of business litigation including construction, condominium, HOA, debt collection, and real estate.

Shay obtained his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Florida in Marketing with a minor in Innovation. Following his undergraduate studies, Shay obtained his Juris Doctor Degree and graduated Cum Laude from the Florida State University College of Law.

While in law school, he also earned a Master of Science Degree from the University of Florida in Sports Management. Additionally, he competed in mock baseball arbitration competitions at Tulane University, served as a scout helping the Florida State baseball team reach the College World Series, and worked as a law clerk at the Department of Business and Professional Regulation.

Prior to joining Willis & Oden, Shay worked for an insurance litigation defense firm and has authored several articles regarding the legal considerations surrounding the NCAA’s approval of college athletes profiting off their name, image, & likeness (NIL).

Shay is a member of the Florida Bar Association, and is licensed to practice in the state of Florida.
